Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnered with a leading G15 Housing Association in their search for an Assistant Finance Manager to join the team on an FTC basis based out of their London office.
This role would suit someone who has experience working within a large and complex organisation; preferably within property/construction. Working closely with the Development and Sales team, you will be responsible for leading the team and delivering the following financial services:

This role would suit someone who has experience working within a large and complex organisation; preferably within property/construction. Working closely with the Development and Sales team, you will be responsible for leading the team and delivering the following financial services:
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across the Development and Sales division to provide informed and strategic business support.
- Coordinating the production of financial performance lead reports for Group board approval to support key decision making across each scheme
- Coordinating the production of accurate monthly and quarterly management account reports.
- Key support in the implementation of robust financial framework; maintaining financial appraisal models for investment proposals as well as delivering due diligence work as required.
- Accurate maintenance of financial and accounting records
- Identify and implement streamlined solutions for financial processes
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Identify and manage risks with each scheme; including evaluation of financial exposure, risk analysis and risk mitigation measure recommendations
Essentials:
- Must be fully ACCA/ACA qualified
- Proven leadership/management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven business partnering experience
- Strong MS Excel skills and financial systems
