The Job Role:

We are delighted to be representing our client as they hire an Account Manager into their small team. This is a real opportunity for somebody who is particularly interested in IT or Tech to be truly invested in, and learn the ropes whilst working for a thriving telecoms business.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to help manage and grow their telecom services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with exiting clients and reseller partners, providing technical support and ensuring smooth order processing and provisioning. It’s important to note that no prior telecoms, or technical experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

This varied Account Manager role will include the following roles and responsibilities; - Serving as the primary point of contact for an existing account base of telecom customers and reseller partners who resell their telecom products - Providing first-class telephone technical customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly - Processing new customer orders - Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders - Ensuring customer orders have been processed and provisioned correctly, maintaining high standards of accuracy - Identifying sales opportunities within the existing customer base and among reseller partners - Update sales and task trackers regularly to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities - Monitor usage across the customer base to identify any issues or instances of over-usage

We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience - Exceptional communication skills including verbal and written - Proficiency using IT including the full suite of MS Office - Ability to effectively multitask and manage time working in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem solving skills - Strict attention to detail - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining relationships - Full training will be provided so experience within telecoms/IT/Tech is not essential
