Position Summary:
The Finance Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company, with a particular focus on utilizing Google Sheets for financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role involves strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Head will work closely with senior management to drive financial strategy and growth.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Financial Management:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts using Google Sheets.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Monitor cash flow, investment, and financial performance to ensure financial stability.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and laws.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders using Google Sheets.
Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency, particularly using Google Sheets.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Team Management:
Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
