KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description

We are looking for the Finance Head of KLA-India, who will be part of the worldwide finance organization responsible for managing accounting, planning, forecasting, and reporting results, while ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness. This role is key partner of the KLA's global finance management team responsible developing the strategy, as well as managing the delivery and governance related to the growing 80+ FTE in the finance shared service centers in India.



Responsibilities:

  • Finance business partnering with various corporate and local leaders while providing support for accounting, planning, and control. Influence and implement financial strategies aligned with business targets.
  • Develop an environment of continuous improvement, task automation, and procedural standardization within finance shared services to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Support process owners in various regional and global accounting projects and initiatives. Collaborate closely with finance and other operational teams to identify impactful process changes, deliver value, optimize priorities, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Be responsible for US-GAAP as well as local statutory financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversight of entity level controls
  • Engage with internal and external customers, including auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Talent management, direction-setting, performance management, with a focus on employee development and engagement.
  • Champion the business growth of KLA-India as an innovation center focused driving software and support solutions for our global customers.
  • Develop the budgeting and forecasting process. Collaborate with FP&A teams to set financial targets and supervise performance.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with minimum 15+ years of overall experience post qualification.
  • Experience in managing a global shared service center or center for excellence.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, driving process improvement, and implementing financial systems, processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
  • Should have an aptitude for learning and adapting to new financial tools and technologies
