If this excites you, then the Program Manager Risk Specialist, focusing on the Equity Equivalent Investment Program (EEIP) and the Youth Employment Services (YES) Program, could be the right opportunity for you. We are seeking a Risk Specialist with experience in project management and program implementation.
This is a key role in the broader B-BBEE team and contributes towards the planning, execution, and delivery of project tasks. This Risk Specialist will apply project management best practices and help to de-risk challenges in achieving our programs goals. They deliver appropriate tasks against key milestones and manage specific outcomes to ensure timely and successful delivery of our the EEIP and YES programs.
Key job responsibilities
- Delivery of programs tasks and goals including
- Planning and scheduling
- Cost and time estimations
- Managing program reporting
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years' demonstrated project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance Economics, Business Management or related
- Experience with Excel and report writing

- Technically sound with focus on accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to exercise good judgement to determine when escalation is required relating to matters of conflict
