Applications are invited for an Enterprise Risk Management internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 23.The internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18)months. Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified Grade 12/ NQF level 4 certificate
• Certified copy of 3 year National Diploma or B Degree in Risk Management/ Internal Audit
• Certified copy of your ID
• Certified copy of Academic transcripts (applications without transcript will be eliminated)
• Your CV and motivational letter

Work based exposure may include the following:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential risks across various departments and regions.
• Update and maintain the risk treatment action plans for various units.
• Review the processes linked to control to identify control gaps.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to assist in risk assessment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with risk management policy, SOP and framework.
• Participate in meetings and risk assessment workshops to gain insights into risk management practices and techniques.
• Conduct research on Risk related topics;
• Minute taking during meetings;
• Assist with the resolution and follow-up of actions and Issues arising from meetings.
• Keep abreast of changes in the regulatory and risk management landscape (both internal and external;
• Assist with the development and management of risk management plans;
• Assist with tracking and monitoring of key risk indicators and controls;
• Assist in compiling risk reports;
• Identification and implementation of RM innovative and value adding projects that will assist the business;
• Monitor the utilization of the centralized RM email; and
• Attend to any other responsibilities assigned.
