Introduction
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a seasoned Credit Controller to ensure timely payments and effective management of debtors' accounts. This role is perfect for a detailed-oriented professional with a strong background in credit control, ready to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of bills
• Collect outstanding debts through phone calls and, when necessary, formal letters of demand
• Address client billing and utilities queries promptly
• Administer a portfolio of receivable accounts and reconcile debtor records
• Process credit notes promptly and allocate unallocated payments to debtor accounts
• Prepare monthly reports on payment queries, overdue accounts, and legal statuses
• Work with attorneys to collect outstanding debts when required
• Serve as a backup credit controller for other business units as needed

Requirements:

• Credit Management Qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in credit control, preferably within property management
