The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students pursuing a career in accounting to gain practical experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Participate in the audit process and help ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Learn and apply financial analysis techniques to improve our financial operations
  • Contribute to various finance projects, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide support in managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial documents and assist with document saving on the shared drive.
  • Capture fixed assets, do asset count and fixed asset reconciliations
  • Assist with inbound calls for member benefit queries

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in accounting or relevant qualification
  • Recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles is a plus
