Job Description

The CVC Insights team partners with private equity investment teams to identify and share insights relevant to the firm’s investment professionals. As part of this important initiative, the team reviews deal-related documents to identify and capture relevant company and market data and knowledge. We are looking for an intern to help us continue this important work, including:

• Liaising with investment teams to gather relevant documents
• Reviewing and proposing insights that can/should be shared
• Creating the documents to be included
• Curating the library of relevant documents to be shared back with investment teams

This role will work across investment teams, and provide a unique understanding of how the different teams operate and conduct due diligence.
