The International Client Lifecycle Management Team is responsible for the Orchestration of the Onboarding, Retaining and Offboarding of Clients across all Lines of Business. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic program analyst to join our team to be part of the onboarding transformation journey at Wells Fargo. Roles within the team are varied in nature, cover Business support, strategy and transformation functions and require interactions with all Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses and support functions across Wells Fargo.

- Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization
- Be responsible for delivering high standards of client service while at the same time ensuring that all internal (Risk) and external (Compliance) standards and requirements are met
- Support our focus on building strong customer relationships, balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture, which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to identify key Operations issues, trends and efficiency opportunities that can be addressed
- Keep abreast of current and upcoming product and functional specific industry initiative related topics
- Interact with internal customers
- Building expertise in one of our Support functions
Required Qualifications:
- Penultimate year of university with a graduation date of June/July 2025
- Demonstratable interest in finance through work experience or extra-curricular achievement
- A record of academic excellence
