We are currently looking for aAccounts Receivable Managertojoin our high-performing team based in Solihull.This is ahigh profilerole,aligned with Directors andseniorbusiness stakeholders, providing expert knowledgeandinsight around cash management and debtorperformance. Accountable for delivery of cash and aged debtperformance.

Main Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team with accountability for results andservice performance
Develop capability within the team, actively supporting individualdevelopment plans and empowering team members to enable themto fulfill full potential.?
Responsible for Materials, Building Products and Contracting debtorledgers, ensuring cash receipts managed in line with strategicfinancial and commercial targets, credit rules of business, creditinsurance arrangements and financial controls.?
Develop holistic management of customers who may trade acrossmultiple business units and product lines through various customer accounts.
Provide all required SOX and financial controls, monthlyperformance reporting, analysis and forecasting. This includesaccurate weekly cash forecasting and variance reporting.
Developand embed analytics and reporting models.?
Provide response to internal and external audit requests andqueriesin a timely manner?
Drive a lean process culture, including targeted reduction intransactional costs via process improvement and automationopportunity.?
Deputisefor Senior Manager Collections as required
Provide Order to Cash expertise.
Support delivery of business projects
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be CICM Qualified and able to demonstrate previous experience working as a Accounts Receivable or Credit Control Managergained within a fast-paced Shared Services environment.
Have proven Leadership skills able to motivate, engage and provide clear direction
Deliveredresults, be driven and performance orientated
Able to coachand mentorto empower individuals and help them learn from own experience.
Always looking for opportunity to develop and improve process, people, technology.
Understandcustomer requirements internal and external ensuring team deliver required customer experience
Sound problem solving ability
Data handling skills
SAP AR experience
