We are currently looking for a Accounts Receivable Manager to join our high-performing team based in Solihull. This is a high profile role, aligned with Directors and senior business stakeholders, providing expert knowledge and insight around cash management and debtor performance. Accountable for delivery of cash and aged debt performance.

Main Responsibilities•Lead and develop the team with accountability for results and service performance
•Develop capability within the team, actively supporting individual development plans and empowering team members to enable them to fulfill full potential.
•Responsible for Materials, Building Products and Contracting debtor ledgers, ensuring cash receipts managed in line with strategic financial and commercial targets, credit rules of business, credit insurance arrangements and financial controls.
•Develop holistic management of customers who may trade across multiple business units and product lines through various customer accounts.
•Provide all required SOX and financial controls, monthly performance reporting, analysis and forecasting. This includes accurate weekly cash forecasting and variance reporting.
•Develop and embed analytics and reporting models.
•Provide response to internal and external audit requests and queries in a timely manner
•Drive a lean process culture, including targeted reduction in transactional costs via process improvement and automation opportunity.
•Deputise for Senior Manager Collections as required
•Provide Order to Cash expertise.
•Support delivery of business projects
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be CICM Qualified and able to demonstrate previous experience working as a Accounts Receivable or Credit Control Manager gained within a fast-paced Shared Services environment.
•Have proven Leadership skills - able to motivate, engage and provide clear direction
•Delivered results, be driven and performance orientated
• Able to coach and mentor to empower individuals and help them learn from own experience.
•Always looking for opportunity to develop and improve process, people, technology.
•Understand customer requirements internal and external ensuring team deliver required customer experience
•Sound problem solving ability
•Data handling skills
•SAP AR experience
