Lisa Wright Recruitment is looking for an experienced and driven Systems Accountant to manage and enhance the financial systems for a diverse portfolio of businesses. Based on the outskirts of Spalding, Lincolnshire, this role plays a critical part in providing strategic financial leadership, optimising system efficiencies, and ensuring continuous improvement of financial processes and policies.
As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing system-related financial risks, streamlining operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a CIMA qualification, with strong finance experience-preferably within manufacturing or construction industries, though this is not essential.
Systems Accountant - Key
Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a small finance team
- Delivering accurate, system-driven financial reporting
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives within financial systems and processes
- Managing financial system risks and ensuring ERP system efficiency
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
As a Systems Accountant, you will be a proactive self-starter with excellent data analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and expertise in ERP systems. You should demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently while leading by example.
Role Details:
- Full-time, office-based position located on the outskirts of Spalding, Lincolnshire
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
