Responsibilities of the Senior Corporate Actions Analyst:

-Identify, allocate, update, and process all corporate actions across a range of investments

-Reconcile and pay all income and dividends within regulatory and SLA timescales

-Manage the entire corporate action lifecycle from notification to closure

Background of the Senior Corporate Actions Analyst:

-Strong experience working within Corporate Actions

-Experience working within Investment Management, Fund Services, or the Platform/FinTech Space

-Driven individual that has a process improvement mindset and can help organise the team and assist with the development of Junior Analysts
