Our client is looking for a talented T&C Supervisor to join the team. The role will be to supervise the performance and competency of Planners and support development across the Financial Planning Team.

The duties will involve:

Supervising IFA's in line with FCA training and competence requirements
Identify training requirements for the IFA's
Conduct quarterly KPI meetings with all IFA's and 1-2-1's
Deliver training for the Planners and wider team, to improve the quality of advice given
Organising individual training plans
Analyse KPI information
Document records on all requirements
Prepare a quarterly reports on all aspects of the team
Carry out pre and post new business file checks
Carry out annual review file checks
