Finance Manager, £42-50,000, Harrogate
Fully office based
Are you part or fully qualified and looking to be part of a dynamic team? Do you want to be part of a company that is rapidly growing and assist in the development of the finance team?
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finances of the company.
Skills Required:
• Part or fully qualified, AAT Level 3 minimum
• Experience of Xero
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to direct and delegate
• Ability to analyse data
• Experience within the healthcare sector desirable
• Strong attention to detail
Key
responsibilities:
• Maintaining the Xero general ledger
• Preparation of month end management accounts
• Monitoring invoice financing and debtors ledgers and credit control
• Prepare and review margin reports and identify corrective action
• Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement and be able to communicate to senior management
• Prepare monthly forecasting and annual budgets
• Prepare annual statutory accounts
• Work with other business departments to drive business performance
• To review and implement effective processes
