The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will
  • Oversee your team to support the market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and proceduresfor up to 30 hotels
  • Ensure that the sales and pricing strategies within your team are based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting
  • Identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks
  • Actively engagein all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies and control
  • Lead a team of from 6 to 10 Revenue Managers
  • Have strong leadership skills
  • Experience of OnQ, Ideas,

As Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will have
  • At least 5 years Cluster or Regional Revenue Management experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Great influencing, leadership, planning, organisational and communication skills
  • A commercial and proactive approach
  • Great training and coaching skills and introduce change effectively
  • Agility to respond to different work situations, be accountable and resilient
  • The ability to impact and and influence at all levels
  • Experience of working within a Hotel Revenue department
