We're scouting for the Head of Finance, a financial wizard who's not just about numbers but understands the rhythm of a SaaS. You'd be the financial backbone, steering Saleshandy towards sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Up To:
Strategic Financial Planning: You'll figure out the best ways to use our money to help us grow and stay ahead. This means looking at what's happening in our business world, finding good places to invest, and predicting how much money we'll make.
Budgeting and Financial Management: You're in charge of watching how every team spends money to make sure it matches our big plans. Your job is to help us spend smartly so we can grow without wasting money.
Cash Flow Management: Making sure we always have enough money on hand to run our business smoothly. You'll come up with plans to make sure we can pay for what we need, grab new chances, and handle tough times.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: You'll regularly check and report on our financial health, showing us how much money we've made, spent, and where we can do better. Your insights will help us make smart moves in the future.
Compliance and Risk Management: Making sure we follow all financial laws and reduce risks. You'll keep an eye on changes in laws, make sure we're doing everything right, and check our financial health regularly.
Team Leadership and Development: More than just leading, you'll teach and build up our finance team to be top-notch, working well together to hit our financial goals.
Investor Relations and Fundraising: You'll explain to our investors how we're doing financially and our plans for growth. You'll also work to get more funding to support our big dreams, making sure deals are good for us.
Operational Efficiency: Beyond just numbers, you'll find ways to make our whole operation smoother and more cost-effective. This could mean finding better ways to do things, using new tech, or fixing old problems.
