We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creditors Clerk. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask efficiently. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process invoices and credit notes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• A tertiary qualification in a financial field is an advantage.
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (Pastel Evolution) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
