Ensure all invoices have been approved and attached before processingCapture invoicesPerform all supplier recons and ensure they suppliers reflect on age analysisFollow up to resolve reconciling itemsEnsure all suppliers are reconciled before paymentsLoad suppliers as beneficiaries on bankCreate payment requisitionsLoad payments to bank and send to authorised team member to check and releaseEnsure aging on supplier age analysis is correct after cash book has been updatedPrepare customer service invoices and ensure monthly billing cycle is accurate and timeousAssist with performing monthly checks on operational asset register listAssist with checks on stock counted to ensure accuracyFiling and organising of financial documentsEnsure order processes are followed as per company manualsPayments controls to be adhered to as per manualsPrepare full creditors audit file to be reviewed by senior financeAssist team with audit queriesSupport business with Ad hoc financial requests when necessary.
