Efficiently and accurately process employee benefit claims. Review and verify claim documentation for completeness and accuracy. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of employee benefits and share schemes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide clear and concise information to employees regarding their benefits and share schemes. Respond to employee inquiries and address concerns promptly and effectively. Prepare and distribute accurate and timely benefit statements to employees. Ensure statements are clear and easy to understand. Assist with the implementation and administration of new benefit plans and share schemes. Provide guidance and support to employees during the transition process. Stay informed of changes in benefits and share scheme regulations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Administer all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee incentives. Coordinate enrolment processes, changes, and terminations for employee benefits. Facilitate the administration of employee share schemes, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs). Manage communication with employees regarding share scheme offerings, vesting schedules, and exercise procedures
Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field 3-4 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field Strong knowledge of employee benefits and share schemes Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous In depth experience of managing multi-dimensional programmes and deadlines Engagement with diverse, internal and external global stakeholders
