The team is looking for an ambitious, driven Assistant FP&A Analyst to support the function in London.

Your new role
The Finance Analyst will join the FP&A team in an international, dynamic, and fast-changing environment on a fifteen month fixed term contract. The role will allow the successful candidate to work autonomously, with flexibility and a strong focus on quality and delivery. > Develop financial models to support the decision-making processes, identifying key trends, variances and potential risks or opportunities.
> Complete budget and forecast submissions, ensuring compliance with the standard FP&A process and timetable.
> Monitoring financial performance and preparing regular, timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, variance analysis and performance metrics.
> Present financial information to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
> Effectively communicate financial concepts and insights to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the financial implications of their decisions.


What you'll need to succeed
> Part Qualified: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
> Strong analytical skills and experience analysing financial results, trends, financial KPIs and financial ratios.
> Proactive attitude, high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
> Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
> Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel in the company.
