Financial Controller

Your new company
I'm currently working with an established manufacturing company in South Leicestershire that has exceptional staff retention, an emphasis on team culture and international group backing.
Your new role
They are looking to hire a financial controller to lead the team where you will be involved in the costs, monthly reporting, budgeting and business partnering for the site. The team has undergone some recent changes and so, as a strong people leader, you will support the team through this whilst being comfortable advising the general manager on the site's finances.
A hands-on role, you will be the right hand for the Group FD and Plant Controller.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need to be an experienced Finance Manager / Controller with demonstrable experience in manufacturing. Ideally, you will be robust in dealing with various stakeholders and comfortable handling change management. Ideally, you will be qualified, though this isn't essential.
