As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the below:

• Verify, classify, and record accounts payable data.
• Onboard new suppliers into accounting and banking applications per regional procedures.
• Process outgoing payments in line with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and weekly statements to identify and investigate discrepancies.
• Process employee expenses in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Understand expense accounts and cost centres for accurate allocation.
• Assist with finance-related administrative tasks.
• Report on vendor account status and identified discrepancies.
• Communicate promptly with vendors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the reporting line promptly.
• Assist with audit requests related to AP samples.
• Structure work hours to ensure continuity across global time zones.
• Support any additional administrative tasks assigned by your line manager.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field.
• 5+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
