Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Analyst at Workassist located in Patna. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing credit data and financial statements to assess the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses. The role also involves evaluating financial risks, preparing credit reports, and making recommendations for credit limits and terms.

Credit Manager

Responsible for maintaining quality portfolio by efficient processing of all credit proposals in their area

Ensuring timelines in credit appraisal as per policy of the Bank.

Conducting credit evaluation of prospective customers

Recommend appropriate loan amount and present the loan proposal to the credit committee

Conduct loan utilization checks and monitoring visits

Responsible for maintaining quality of the loan portfolio.

Follow-up with delinquent clients

Any other work assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

• Credit Management and Credit skills
• Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Background in Finance
• Knowledge of credit analysis principles and practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Relevant skills and qualifications in risk management, financial analysis, and industry knowledge would be beneficial for this role.
