DATA ANALYSIS John Cockerill 2025

• Follow-up of KPI and workstreams of John Cockerill 2025 mission
  
  John Cockerill 2025 approach has defined objectives of performance over a period of 3 years and has put in place ten workstreams to support the achievement of these objectives. Each workstream is sponsored by two management board members who have drawn a yearly roadmap. The progress of these roadmaps has to be monitored every month and has to be presented at the Management board. The business analyst will have to :
  
  each month, contact the sponsors to monitor actions done and progress made on the workstream
  each month, contact the corporate finance to evaluate the KPI of performance
  edit a monthly report that will be presented to the management board and including the required analysis in case of deviation
  

• KPI Reporting - Cost Savings Analysis John Cockerill Group
  
  The CEO has required to a Global G&A costs reduction at the end of 2024.
  The business analyst will have to :
  - extract every month, from Digipilot and SAP, the data related to administrative costs
  
  - put all data under a very clear excel report to facilitate the analysis
  
  - analyze the trend of expenses and compare with budget
  
  - edit a monthly report including a deep analysis of deviations, curves, tables, etc...
  

• Preparation of Management board / board of directors meeting inputs
  
  Every month, a presentation of the progress is expected for the Management Board - regularly, a presentation of the progress must be also presented at board of directors or banks. The business analyst will have to create very clear and nice slides to report on John Cockerill 2025.
  

• Corporate cost controlling for India Global Business Services
  Perform proper review of cost controlling for this Indian Global Service entity:
  Analytical review of cost per Business/cost center
  Control on Revenue Calculation billed to Group Customers.
  Review allocation keys between business
  Skills needed:
  Past proven experience in Finance, preferably in international environment
  very good knowledge of windows 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, word)
  IT minded (BI Systems) finance analyses, controlling and notably P&L, general accounting, analytic accounting
  Reliability and Accuracy
  easy relationship with people with a good level in english
  understanding of occidental mindset and reasoning
  dynamism and autonomy
  ability to challenge people like CEO of businesses or corporate finance => no shime
  excellent knowledge of English
  Experience:
  7 to 10 years experience in Finance with strong skills and dynamism probably better than a senior who will be more in the management instead of make
  
  A person who has studied or has experience of work with occidental mindsets is a plus as this position will need to really well understand the reasoning of the different persons (managers or finance) he(she) will interact with.
