• Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of actuarial data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Manage actuarial projects from inception through completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Lead the development and validation of actuarial models for pricing, reserving, and capital management.
• Conduct complex actuarial analyses and simulations to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Review and enhance actuarial methodologies and assumptions to reflect current trends and regulatory changes.
• Provide expert advice on actuarial issues, including risk management, product development, and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with finance, underwriting, and product development teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and train junior actuaries and actuarial staff, providing guidance on technical and professional development.
