Senior Account Manager
Reference: DBN002649-KA-1Senior Account Manager required to join an established marketing company based in Durban
Duties and Responsibilities:Business Development:
Increase existing client revenue within 12 months through optimizing delivery on current projects and presenting additional avenues to clients where the business could assist
Assist with new client opportunity presentations and pitches
Proactively use business network and market analysis to reach potential new clients and increase revenue
Project Management:
Successfully deliver on strategic complex client projects within the first 12 months
Reduce project delivery times by 20% through process improvements.
Ensure processes and systems are in place to effectively manage and report on the projects to the executive team
Ensure internal teams and external vendors are aware of project timelines and hold teams accountable to deliver against agreed timelines
Client Communication:
Create a communication strategy with clients and outside vendors in order to proactively meet client expectations consistently throughout Live projects
Ensure effective communication on project status updates on a weekly basis
Consistently communicate project status updates with internal stakeholders and ensure clear and concise communication is occurring across the various internal teams
Requirements:

Client Management - Strong skills in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
