Xero Accountant

R20 000 - R30 000 (Depending on experience)

In this role, the company focuses on managing Xero administration for clients, including billing, setup, and ongoing support. Strong Xero knowledge is essential, along with providing training for both clients and staff, optimizing Xero usage, and enhancing the cloud ecosystem. The company also handles responsibilities such as onboarding new clients, reviewing VAT and Payroll submissions, conducting client meetings, and offering strategic guidance.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Xero Accounting Software
• Duties:
  • Manage Xero billing, client setup, and ongoing support
  • Migrate client software to Xero using cloud tools like Cloud Convert
  • Identify and implement tailored solutions for new clients
  • Conduct Xero training for clients and provide post-conversion support
  • Optimize client usage and collaborate with consultants for improvements
  • Develop staff training on Xero, providing ongoing support and updates
  • Build and enhance the cloud ecosystem, integrating apps like DEXT, SimplePay, ApprovlMax, and Paysoft
  • Onboard new clients, review VAT/Payroll submissions, and management accounts
  • Act as outsourced CFO, providing strategic guidance and overseeing billing
• Must have reliable transportation
