The Role
This is a contract role covering maternity leave. This is a front-end Accounts Payables position in a high-volume environment with multi branches across the country, processing through SAP. You will be sat in a team of 5 and report directly to the Finance Manager.

Your duties will include:

• Processing of LIV invoices, non-trade invoices and credit notes
• Dealing with high-volume exceptions through SAP and batch reports
• Dealing with queries regarding pricing and receipting
• Processing claim reversals
• Processing petty cash, supplier rebates and staff expenses
• Reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties as requested

Your profile:
We are looking for an energetic individual with proven experience processing the front end of Accounts Payables. This is a fast-paced environment within a large retail business so experience working across multi-branches would be beneficial.

This is an automated environment using SAP where you will have strong attention to detail to check through a high volume of exceptions. You will have strong excel skills with a passion for reconciliations and you will be someone that can pick up processes quickly while having the ability to prioritize. The role is busy but you will have the support of a very down to earth team.
