As our Investment Management Change Lead, you’ll play a vital role in championing innovation as well as developing and implementing best practice operating processes.
Working with key stakeholders, you will design, introduce, and review processes to drive and support continuous improvement within our award-winning Investment Management team.
You will provide an essential role in the delivery of these processes and practices, introducing change guidelines to teams and delivering training while also assisting department managers as required.
This role is ideal for an experienced investments professional with a keen eye for process improvements and the determination and drive to see them through.

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
- Instigate and drive projects to completion and success within agreed timelines.
- Review our current processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Lead and support the delivery of change projects and implement MI to measure success.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvement, driving initiatives to enhance competitiveness and/or profitability.
- Provide training and support to Investment Managers on new tools to maximise effectiveness.
- Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for efficiencies and continual process improvement.

What we’re looking for
- L3 CISI IOC (IAQ) qualified
- Previous experience of change and Project management processes
- Good awareness of industry trends and best practice.
- Confident in coaching and delivering knowledge to individuals or groups
- Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive advocate for change and continuous improvement.
- Ability to create, organize and deliver training to achieve business results.
- Commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct.
