Job Description:
Data and technology are increasingly changing our relationship with customers & consumers, and the way we market, sell and distribute our brands, in an increasingly disruptive Digitization of Commerce.Within the new One European Master Data Management Service the MDM Market Analyst will be responsible for master data creation, maintenance and retirement of one or multiple data elements within the Customer and Product Master Data Domains serving a defined cluster organization.The main purpose of this role is to ensure Right-First-Time execution and timeliness in line with local cluster and regional business strategy.   • Essential Requirements:
  • Completed studies or commercial education in wholesale, retail, industry, logistics or other comparable training
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG industry or functional experience in a local sales/demand/supply chain function or project/process management,
  • Sound degree of master data expertise and a good level of business process understanding or similar
  • Good knowledge of SAP (MDG/GRD/ATLAS) data maintenance and/or PIM solutions,
  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively with others/multiple teams in a remote environment,
  • Language skills: English (good written and oral skills).
Beneficial Requirements:
  • Knowledge of trade structures in relevant market cluster
  • Knowledge in Power BI
  • Other language skills (market cluster related)
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Creation, maintenance and retirement of customer master data records (sold-to/ship-to/bill-to/payer/other) in Fiori/MDG/Atlas systems including set up and maintenance of customer hierarchies,
  • Allocation of these records to the required Sales areas in SAP and enhancement of the record types by all logistical-, invoicing-relevant and analytical attributes as well as the responsible supervisors according to the customer data dictionary.
  • Ensuring SEPA mandates for bill-to/payer parties are available and up to date,
  • Acting as the main contact for Key Account, Field Sales Force, Finance, Demand and Market Supply Chain functions for Customer MD,
  • Direct communication with customers (e.g. trade partners, vets, animal shelters) to obtain information for updates in customer records,
  • Coordination of processes and information x-segment to the relevant departments and segments in the event of changes to the trading structure or sales structure (e.g. year-end-activities). Identifying solutions in conflicting situations, advising all parties involved and coordinating overall testing before and after hierarchy changes.
  • Responsible for GRC User role set up and control in market cluster and managing system access according to compliance/approval related rules,
  • Creating and reviewing reports and statistics to monitor and improve data quality by using internal DQ tools and performing plausibility checks in downstream systems for consistency.
