Monday - Friday
09:00am - 17:30pm

Position:
Inbox management
- Paperless filing of Supplier purchase invoices/statements
- Assisting with Customer requests and/or queries
- Reconciling and filing Customer remittances
- Processing of Purchase invoices
- Allocating PODs to jobs
- Assisting with invoice queries
- Adding costs to jobs
- Assisting with the raising and sending of invoices to our customers
- Sending statements to our customers, either as per monthly schedule or upon request.
- Maintaining paper filing process
- Filing completed job files
- Reporting to and assisting with any other tasks the Finance Manager may see fit.
Monday - Friday
09:00am - 17:30pm
You may be required to work additional hours dependant on business / customer requirements.
Requirements:
Skill Set
- Experience of working within a customer service or administrative role.
- Experience working in a finance or freight forwarding role is desirable but not essential.
- Pass Grade in GCSE English & Maths or Equivalent.
- Computer literate and able to learn how to use new systems effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Confident using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail when handling data.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
- Salary £16,700 - £22,308 per annum.
