Working in the Finance team, the successful candidate will help produce insightful information, drive performance, improve results and ensure we are in control. The candidate will ensure appropriate reporting and required outputs are produced quickly and accurately and all appropriate accounting tasks are completed to a high standard.
The role will involve you working closely with various departments in the business, having regular meetings with senior management and exposure to Board level staff.

- Support the monthly management accounts process including sales ledger journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare KPI analysis for inclusion in Board packs.
- Manage and develop the Sales Ledger team who are responsible for allocating receipts and processing customer refunds as well as maintaining ledgers, invoicing and crediting accounts where appropriate.
- Support the annual audit and statutory accounts process.
- Work with the Group Risk & Internal Audit Manager to ensure internal controls and procedures are operating effectively.
- Work at pace and have the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and analysis to meet the needs of the business
- Collaborate with the organisation and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders across the different functions
- Qualified - Fully/partly qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience. AAT Technician considered.
- Skilled Excellent MS excel skills are required
- Knowledgeable you are technically strong with up to date IFRS and VAT knowledge
