Credit Platform Services is a global team which supports both the US Private Bank and the International Private Bank. With offices in the US, Edinburgh, Geneva and Singapore and offshore teams in India and the Philippines, Credit Platform Services partners closely with Lending & Mortgage Specialists and Credit Risk Executives to provide exceptional client experience.

As a Credit Operations Associate in Wealth Management area you will be responsible for documenting credit facility agreements with clients, credit facility set up including data input to credit systems, covenant and collateral monitoring on a daily basis, exception reporting and management. You will secure the delivery of exceptional service levels to clients and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to projects designed to streamline and simplify processes and the automation of manual tasks using low code and no code tools.

Job responsibilities
  • Inputs data to credit systems ensuring first time right delivery and maintaining accurate data in systems at all times
  • Prioritizes team activities on a day to day basis to provide excellent client service and ensure service levels and deadlines are met
  • Manages daily exception reporting processes
  • Partners with other operations and internal stakeholders including offshore teams to investigate and resolve exceptions
  • Supports junior members of the team and provide on the job coaching
  • Supports the teams internal/external audit and regulatory exam activities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Relevant experience in financial services, banking or credit experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in team environment
  • Collaborative team member who is flexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance in high demand and time-sensitive situations
  • Ability to identify improvements and support delivery of process changes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Knowledge of credit products - mortgages and loans would be beneficial
