Looking for an Account Manager
We seek a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team in Fractory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Our office is located in Manchester, but this role can also be fully remote.

Fractory is an online platform connecting engineers with production capacity. It has automated the manufacturing procurement process so engineers upload design files to get instant quotes and delivery times. Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing accounts.
  • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with new and existing accounts.
  • With a high volume of productive activity, continually build pipeline to convert into opportunities and revenue
  • Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Report and analyse sales account trends and metrics
  • Actively participate in the improvement of the business, providing inputs and suggestions to better Fractory’s position in the market

Candidate Profile
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in closing complex or high-revenue orders
  • Experience in nurturing accounts and increasing revenue
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of our capabilities and convey them effectively to clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • An understanding of CAD/CAM programs
  • Bachelor of Engineering or mechanical engineering background preferred
  • Fluent in English
