You will be working for a growing, forward thinking business based in Salford Quays who are seeking a commercial debt specialist to join their exciting team. This is a newly created position due to expansion and one that you can take ownership on and make your own.
This is a full time permanent role with flexibility on start and finish times with the option to work 8am -4pm or 9am-5pm. This role will be standalone initially however as the business continues to grow you will be responsible for building and managing a small team. Your key duties will include; proactive & strategic collection of commercial debt, stakeholder management, recruit & build a team accordingly to workload, review & improve processes where necessary, query management and other ad hoc tasks.
Successful applicants must have a strong background in commercial debt. Previous leadership skills are desirable but not essential.
Due to the expansion the business has countless examples of employee's progressing whether it be into leadership roles or into more technical roles. This is something you can be a part of and have piece of mind that this is not a dead end role. Hybrid working is also on offer with the option to work two days per week from home, enabling you to save on travel costs and have a healthy work life balance. Other benefits include; free onsite parking, 25 days holiday plus bank and much more.
