DWF are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor with extensive experience in motor recoveries to join our Recoveries Team in Manchester. This role is crucial in leading a team of recovery specialists, ensuring efficient and effective management of motor recovery claims, and maintaining high standards of client service.

This role also comes with the option of hybrid working,50% in the office.

• Supervise and mentor a team of motor recovery specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Oversee the management of a diverse caseload of motor recovery claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality legal advice and ensuring their needs are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the motor recoveries team.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and objectives.
• Work closely with other departments within DWF to share knowledge and resources, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Essential

• Strong experience in motor recoveries, with a proven track record of managing complex recovery claims
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to case management.
• Client-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Desirable

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support junior colleagues.
• Ability to work to tight time frames and strong KPIs
