Key

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to support operational managers in decision-making
• Provide financial analysis and insights to drive cost efficiency and profitability
• Forecast and manage budgets
• Translate Financial findings for non Finance personnel (Ops / Production / Factory)
• Trend analysis & KPI reporting
• Providing insight to FC & FD

Ideal Candidate:

• Part-Qualified Accountant /Qualified by Experience (QBE) may be considered
• Strong communication skills to build rapport
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data essential
• Good Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
