Description
- Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly trial balances, profit and loss accounts, and finalise accounts.
- Oversee liquidity forecasts and produce accurate financial forecasts to guide business operations.
- Supervise the management of books of accounts, including cash books, bank books, purchase and sales registers, and journal entries.
- Monitor and control financial activities related to the plant operations.
- Support corporate departments like sales, production, and project management in commercial matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with bankers, including submitting proposals and negotiating with financial institutions.
- Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage healthy working capital.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations and generate management information system (MIS) reports for both management and regulatory authorities.
The Candidate Should Have
- Qualified CA
- At least 10+ years of experience from plastic and manufacturing industry
- Should be in a team management role
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- To be a part of an organisation which has a strong presence.
- To work closely with stakeholders.
