Responsibilities

Working in an accounting role, interfacing with project managers and overseeing/auditing project budgets and timelines
Preparing monthly and year-end financial statements, cash flow and other reports
Working closely with an outside accounting firm in annual audit process
Negotiating commercial terms on project contracts with municipal customers and contractors
Handling light HR and payroll responsibilities
Handling Accounts Payable
Handling Accounts Receivable
Handling credit and collections
Handling company insurance policies
Handling Payroll
Manage and forecast cash, bank accounts
Manage budgets
Handle sales tax in various states

General requirements:

Have financial experience for a product-based company
Have financial experience for heavy manufacturing environments
Have financial project accounting experience
Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
