Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers for payments, handle queries, and issue credit notes.
- Manage order requests, credit checks, and new account openings.
- Generate invoices, allocate payments, and implement debt collection.
- Maintain stop lists, scan delivery proofs, and handle data entry.
- Reconcile credit, fuel, and bank transactions, post cashbook entries.
- Perform Intrastat reporting and foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Review and improve systems/processes, provide holiday cover.
- Archive documents, manage petty cash, and support internal functions.
Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience of working within a busy financial environment with relevant experience in a Sales ledger role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good commercial acumen, integrity and credibility
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- Solid team working skills.
- Able to prioritise and organise work load with ability to problem solve
- Good attention to detail
