Contract: Fixed Term contract until end June 2025
Hours: 17.5 hrs pw over 5 days, Mon-Fri


Salary:
£12,545 to £15,175

This is a hybrid role that will allow autonomy and flexibility with a blend of working from home and at our two main offices in Perth or Dundee.

    About the role
    \r
    Caledonia Care and Repair provides practical help and advice to the elderly & disabled across Perth & Kinross and Angus. Working with our partners in each Local Authority we assist people through our Adaptations Service, Small Repairs scheme, Modular Ramp installations and general housing repairs advice. Our aim is to help homeowners and people in private lets to remain independent in their own homes.

    Key Responsibilities
    \r
    In this key role you will provide a support function to the Care and Repair Officers and Team Leader and assist with processing grant funding claims, liaising with customers and contractors, data inputting and financial monitoring.

    About you
    \r
    The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible and self-motivated with a strong commitment to providing a client orientated service. You will be able to prioritise and manage a busy workload and be able to put the needs of the customer first.
    \r
    Educated to HNC level, or equivalent, you will be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with a particular focus on Excel. Knowledge of database administration is required as well as Key Performance Indicator statistical preparation, financial reporting and monitoring.
