Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive company in search of an ambitious Accounts Assistant in a time of accelerated and sustained growth, both nationally and internationally. As a pivotal team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

The preferred candidate will report to the Finance Manager, collaborating closely with the service team to connect financial activities with operational functions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong commercial understanding, demonstrates adaptability to rapid changes, and adopts an audit mindset.

As the business grows, the role will evolve, requiring a commitment to continuous improvement alongside your personal and professional development based on your roadmap to success.

Roles and

Responsibilities:

  • Aged Debtors & Aged Creditors Control
  • Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet Maintenance
  • Review & approve Purchase Invoices, Pro Forma
  • Approve & Process Expenses Personal & Credit Card Claim
  • Accruals / Prepayments
  • Depreciation / Provisions
  • Credit Card reconciliation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Nominal Journals
  • Assist in procurement
  • Taking inbound calls to manage customer enquiries.
  • Managing the inbox and responding to emails
  • Reconciling invoices against their statements.
  • Supporting with any administration duties
  • General administration duties and filing.
This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake other responsibilities.
Key Requirements
  • Part Qualified AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification or any relevant accounting qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Honest with strong moral principles
  • Always looking for opportunities to improve your knowledge and abilities
  • A keen eye for detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good to Excellent excel skills
  • Xero experience
