• Conducts onsite inspections
  
• Analyzes potential projects and whether cost segregation services are appropriate
  
• Manages multiple engagements/projects
  
• Collects client information, including escrow statements, appraisal reports, land title surveys, and building drawings for purchases, and construction cost data, drawings, and completion documents for new properties
  
• Communicates project status with internal and external clientele
  
• Analyzes information and appropriately identifies technical issue
  
• Reviews junior members work product
  
• Manages project budgets
  
• Mentors and develops junior team members
  
• Presents the report and findings to clientele
  
• Assists in the hiring, training and mentoring of staff
  
• Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business required; Master s degree preferred
  
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Cost Segregation practice
  
• CA, CPA or EA designation preferred
  
• Experience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties such as estimating preferred
  
• Experience within public accounting preferred
  
• Experience with the federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation preferred
  
• Ability to identify technical issues, analyze information and report findings to the client
  
• Previous experience training and leading a successful team
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
