About The Department

You will be joining our Finance Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bangalore. Established in 2007, our team is responsible for supporting Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, and Financial Planning Analytics for Headquarters in Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations Global Service Centre Bangalore. Commercial Analytics, which is part of Finance GBS, was founded in June 2013 with the aim of providing best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global organization. Our main purpose is to consistently provide superior service to our stakeholders and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The position

• As an Associate Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
• Build strong collaboration with the Government Contracts Operations (GCO) team in NNI. Ensure timely and accurate creation of supporting reports and documentation for package payments.
• Support best-in-class processes for data governance, data validation, data entry, and data archives. Identify discrepancies and resolve them to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Support ad-hoc tasks/projects and contribute your commercial knowledge to business discussions and decisions.
• Take complete ownership of deliverables from end-to-end with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Experience in charge backs and Master Data Management.
• Experience in Medicaid, Institutional contracts, Government Pricing.
  
  

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Good academic track records and grades.
• Around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharma industry.
• Experience in analytics and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) is a must.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system will be preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent focus and attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities.
