Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the Indian job market context. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Process payroll on a timely basis
  • Handle employee queries and concerns related to payroll
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
  • Prepare and submit tax reports
  • Ensure timely payment of salaries and other benefits
  • Manage employee deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Core competency in compliances (PF, ESIC, PT) and other HR compliances.
  • Preparing and working PT Returns, PF Returns, ESIC Returns (ECR- PF/ESIC/ECR Uploading)


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree & Master's Degree in Human Resources Management , finance, accounting, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Expertise in payroll software
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in India
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Work Location : Baramati, Maharashtra

Work Time : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Day : Monday to Saturday
