The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and management information systems, with experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Roles &

Responsibilities:


Collaborate with Business leaders to grasp their objectives, challenges, and financial requirements.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to aid in business planning and decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and easy-to-understand dashboards to monitor business performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to devise and execute cost-effective strategies for operational efficiency and increased profitability.
Perform regular financial reviews and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Take charge of the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to financial processes, systems, and controls.
Offer financial insights and recommendations to enhance resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Prepare customized financial reports and presentations for senior management as requested.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Skill sets/ Additional Requirements:Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in finance, accounting, or MIS roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SAP systems and database management is desirable.
