Our client, an industry leader, is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable function within the shared services department. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer accounts are administered effectively and efficiently, that customers trade within their agreed terms, and that outstanding balances are collected in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with the credit management team to manage customer relationships and optimise credit limits and payment terms.

- Accounts Receivable Management: Managing the entire accounts receivable process within the shared services department
- Customer relationships: Working closely with the credit management team to manage customer relationships and optimise credit limits and payment terms
- Team Management: Leading, developing, motivating, and managing the performance of the team and ensuring an optimally skilled, motivated, and high-performance team
- Reporting: Providing regular reporting to management on accounts receivable performance, highlighting any areas of concern or potential risk
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, at least 3 of which in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in working in a shared services environment or managing a very large accounts receivable team
