Bookkeeper wanted on a full time basis , based in the Benoni/Boksburg/east rand area
Duties & Responsibilities
Key performance areas:

• Bank reconciliations
• Processing of journals - day to day financial transactions
• Invoicing
• Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Capturing of salaries on Sage Vip payroll / Reconciliation
• Month-end reporting
• Ensuring proper allocations of transactions
• Maintaining of Fixed Asset Register
• Reviewing of management accounts
• Reviewing of debtors and creditors age analysis
• General office duties

Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in financial accounting or other similar qualification

Minimum 5 years' experience

Financial Management

Pastell Accounting

Payroll experience - Advantageous

Sage Evolution (Pastel) - Advantageous

Sage Vip Payroll - Advantageous

Attention to detail

Clear Criminal and Credit Record / Employment history
